The damage was confined to the garage but the interior of the home sustained smoke and water damage. Fire damage is estimated to be $60,000.
Investigators say the source of the fire appears to be a pile of clothes inside the garage and fire inspectors from Brevard County Fire Rescue and the State Fire Marshals office are working to determine what may have ignited them.
